Each tour he arranged used an interesting and helpful guide. He or a team member was always accessible and responded to our requests and changes with patience! And he also fixed a visa issue in a timely manner. One important piece to know. We took care of our own hotels and hired Kelvin for only some days of guidance. US citizens that leave Vietnam and re-enter a couple of days later, need an ADDITIONAL visa to re-enter Vietnam. Your 30 day Evisa only works as single entry. I would recommend Kelvin and his team any day. read less

I have nothing but positive coments on everything that Indochina Travel did for my husband and me for this trip. Amazing Kelvin and Anna from Indochina organized everything as per our personal prefferences and wishes and there is nothing I would add or remove from this beautifully organized trip. All the tours that we had were amazing, all our tour guides, drivers and hotels were excellent, everything on time, not even one hickup. We both fell in love with Vietnam and Cambodia. People were absolutely amazing ! Communication with Kelvin and Anna was excellent. If we had any question, it was answered right away, no matter what time of day or night we contacted them. See the true Cambodia Had the best experience booking through Indo china Treks with Kelvin Do.I was uncertain as 1st time using an overseas agent 10/10 for service, highly recommend! Pandaw Mekong Cruise was fantastic, 5 star service and facilities and great staff.

It's our special trip to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Kelvin did much better than our expectation. He recommended us a wonderful itinerary with very logical length of stay for each and activities we should have done. We started from Siem Reap, flied to Saigon, Mekong, Hoian, Hue, Hanoi and Halong bay - all together for 18 days. We had him booked all: hotels, flights, a train, cruises, tours and transportations. All well as planned. We had nothing to complain with. We were always welcomed by smilling guides/drivers at all destiantions we arrived. All the hotels were perfect and located in the center. Our private guides for all city tours did perfect job - we have never had so great guides before.We did all online and Kelvin was so promptly. He arranged time to see us at our hotel in Hanoi. Very professional. I did recommend Kelvin to my friends. If you come to Vietnam, book him. You will never regret. read less

From my very first email contact with Kelvin Do, he was professional, friendly, with excellent communication, often replying to my (many, many), queries within the hour. Kelvin tailor made a 15 Day Vietnam Tour for my group of myself and 3 teenagers. Couldn't have been happier. Multiple exciting tours, 3 train trips, a flight, pick up and drop off transfers for every step along the way. Once we were in Vietnam the wonderful Rosie Huynh took over as our Tour Manager. Rosie is simply amazing. Any questions or help we needed when we were there were responded to promptly. Rosie was always only a message away. This was very comforting as I was a single mother traveling with 3 teenagers. The holiday happened without a hitch. We all had such a wonderful time. He's so professional answering my all questions - I saw over 100. I never did similar before. And yet, he did amazing job. He read our request so well and designed us a customized itinerary exactly what we need. Our hightlights were: 8 days mekong cruise by the Jahan, relaxing time at Hoian, private cruise for Halong. We also loved time in Siem Reap, Saigon and Hanoi. All hotels were very good. We had great local guides for city tours as well. They were all very informative and helpful. Kelvin managed to see us while we were in Hanoi. I could not say how much we appreciate Kelvin and staff for a wonderful holiday. read less

At first, we intended to book only 8 days cruise the the Jahan cruise with Kelvin. But decided to have him done all the rest. He did perfect consultancy, which fits our interests so well. Kelvin was so patient and knowledge answering many questions from us. Every thing went well as planned from the time we landed in Cambodia. We were alway welcomed by a friendly guide at the airport, had good hotels to stay in at each. We wanted a relaxing tour and Kelvin created one just for us. We will recommend Kelvin and Indochinatreks to anyone! read less

The boat was fantastic . The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the cabin was spacious with a private balcony . They organised really interesting trips off the boat . I really enjoyed Thai Chi on the top deck at sunrise . We also really enjoyed the cookery class. Kelvin organised it all for us and did an excellent job . read less
